If you *hate* them why would you want them *near* you??
Usually I want people I hate as far away from me as humanly possible.
Maybe even jettisoned into space.

okay, but consider this: you can ruin someone's life AND have a good time doing it. sounds pretty win-win to me, and worth having someone you don't like near you for a little while. just think of them like a human sex toy or something, if that helps..
