never have I ever!
It's time for a game of Never Have I Ever!
The rules of Never Have I Ever are simple: Players take turns listing potential experiences they've never had. If someone has done the action in question, they take a shot or a sip (or whatever other consequence you dream up). If no one has done the action in question, the person who posed the query takes a drink. The house drink of the night is Pixie Punch which may or may not cause any of the following effects: Standard drunk behaviour, giggling, flirting, oversharing, clinginess. (Pick your favourites!)
Not a drinker? No problem! There's plenty of juice and snacks to go around if you want to stay sober. The non-alcoholic punch and food, if sprinkled with fairy dust, may cause similar effects listed above (minus the drunk effects, of course.)
This game takes place on the Fable Network! You can reply in-person with action prompts if you imagine everyone is drinking in the same tavern, or reply with text-prompts if your character might be across the room from someone else. Sometimes it's easier to say things through text than it is face-to-face ... (Which could be for better or worse.)
Use the code below to participate!
Flowr is a brand new app on your device! Or is it...? Maybe it's been there the whole time. Either way, it's Fable's socialising app! The default fruit for the app is a strawberry (π) emoji, but what's stopping you from changing it to the fruit that you grow on your trees instead? πππππ«π
Welcome to Fable's fourth network social! Please read this before participating!

We alternate between keeping our socials public and private, and this month's one is private!
Lastly, while we love IC banter, please remember to be civil and familiarise yourself with the game rules. Have fun!

What would Nahida say, if she were still here? --No, that's a dangerous game to play, he knows exactly what she would say. ]
..."Recently discovered", huh? So, what changed your mind?
[ Not a yes or a no, but he's willing to hear more. ]

...
[ Here, Albedo hesitates a bit. Emotional declarations still don't much work for him, so he decides that his usual method of presenting his point will do just fine. Anything more than that would be honestly superfluous. ]
Meeting another person or two that have those 'similarities'. To put it simply. But to elaborate further, in a critical and difficult situation, I realized how valuable that was.

So if he can admit that much...why does he still hesitate? ]
Couldn't go it alone any longer, huh? Well, if you invite in relationships that wind up cause you trouble on, don't say I didn't warn you.
[ Because to put himself in a position where he can get hurt again...feels like self-sabotage to the most extreme degree. ]
no subject
He can't help but muse about how certain that those days are behind him.
...For better, or for worse. ]
You'd be correct in assuming so. But, I am fully prepared for whatever consequences or benefits that may transpire from our future interactions.
[ Albedo doesn't find himself fearing too much of the future. And actually, it makes him a little happy. ]
That said, as I already know your name, I believe it would be only right to give you a proper introduction. I am Albedo, Chief Alchemist of the Knights of Favoniusβfrom Mondstadt.
no subject
Honestly, it had hardly ever been on Mondstadt at all, his intentions to seize the Electro Gnosis already set into motion. If he knew then what he did now...but he is quick to smother such threads of thought. ]
Is that so? I met a most peculiar colleague of yours earlier tonight. [ Kaeya... ] Must be nice, having a familiar face around to make you feel more at home.
[ Said with no shortage of bitterness. ]
no subject
That leaves...Kaeya, doesn't it? Presumably. His mannerisms may seem strange and unique at times to others, but well worth interest; indeed, also a welcome familiar face. Thoughts which flicker away as he takes note of the bitterness. ]
Do you mean Sir Kaeya? [ ... ] Yes, you're right in that seeing a familiar face makes the situation feel easier to acclimate to. It's only natural.
Though, I find new meetings can bring about a certain joy as well.
no subject
Of course...meeting new people is just so joyful, isn't it?
[ Especially when those people are...him, but he leaves that bit of self-loathing unspoken.
His gaze finds a corner of the room, distant. ]
But that's the whole point of this game, so I believe we've done our duty.
no subject
Yes?
[ He's stumbling a bit, but then his expression turns from questioning to contemplative, a small frown adorning his face when he sees his gaze cast off to the side like that. ]
Well, even so, I will hope we speak again beyond the confines of the game.

[ The response comes automatically, before he's even really stopped to think about it, though...he can admit that he owes Albedo a little more than that. Again, he can hear a whisper that sounds a lot like Nahida's in the back of his mind.
Ha...does that make her his conscience? ]
But if we get the chance to...I suppose I can indulge you for awhile.
no subject
Surely, neither one of them will regret this? After all, they do so happen to have their similarities. And Albedo has always thought that those unusual and different than the rest should stick together; even now, when he has changed a little since he said something to that effect. Maybe...they can even someday be friends. ]
Excellent. I'll be looking forward to it, then.
