It's time for a game of Never Have I Ever!

The rules of Never Have I Ever are simple: Players take turns listing potential experiences they've never had. If someone has done the action in question, they take a shot or a sip (or whatever other consequence you dream up). If no one has done the action in question, the person who posed the query takes a drink. The house drink of the night is Pixie Punch which may or may not cause any of the following effects: Standard drunk behaviour, giggling, flirting, oversharing, clinginess. (Pick your favourites!)

Not a drinker? No problem! There's plenty of juice and snacks to go around if you want to stay sober. The non-alcoholic punch and food, if sprinkled with fairy dust, may cause similar effects listed above (minus the drunk effects, of course.)

This game takes place on the Fable Network! You can reply in-person with action prompts if you imagine everyone is drinking in the same tavern, or reply with text-prompts if your character might be across the room from someone else. Sometimes it's easier to say things through text than it is face-to-face ... (Which could be for better or worse.)

[ Alhaitham's arm coils around Kaveh's waist, mostly to make sure he remains steady. If this reaction to his arrival is anything to go by, he might lose balance anytime. Picking him up from the floor is going to be a pain, after all. ]

Considering your state, you must have told all your friends about me already. I'm here to take you home.

[ Perhaps making the reason behind his arrival here will make Kaveh realize that it's high time to leave. Or it won't. ]

Home! ( hic ) I wanna goooooo hoooo-meeeee ... Mmmmm ...

( He slides out of Alhaitham's grip and slowly descends onto the floor. )

We're home ... goodnight. ( KAVEH THIS ISN'T HOME )

[admonition]

[ So much for keeping Kaveh on his feet. Alhaitham grabs his waist with both hands this time and tries his best to help him stand. ]

Kaveh. [ He sighs softly and goes ahead to scoop him up and carry the architect bridal style. The fact that he's so light worries Alhaitham a little, his concern reflected in his eyes for a few moments. ] Hope you're ready for that hungover you never had.

( He's like a ragdoll when Alhaitham scoops him up - so light and malleable without any ounce of resistance. Not that his strength is all that great to begin with, though. Kaveh puts one of his arms around the feeble scholar's strong shoulders, while the other dangles. )

I've had ... fifffftyy billion million hangovers ... ( hic ) From how often I've needed to drink my sorrows away. But no matter how much I drank, I never felt better ... you jus' can't wash away all that self-loathing and depressh'n... ( Hmm, oops, someone is certainly being a blabbermouth while this inebriated-- )

[admonition]

And you're about to have another one.

[ He should have known that Kaveh and knowing his limits don't go together. The blabbering doesn't discourage him—it's not like the architect is particularly quiet when he's sober, after all. It's difficult to assess whether this method of coping is better than the other one, namely throwing himself at people who need help and assisting them no matter what.

Perhaps both of them are terrible. ]

I hope that you at least had fun tonight since you were with friends.

[alcazarzaray]

Mmm.

( Did he hear a word of that? No. Who's a sleepy, cuddly boy? This grown adult man is. )

Alaih'm... will you sing to me? ( GOD .... )

[admonition]

[ The lingering silence after Kaveh's question should be an answer in itself. Alhaitham scowls at him before going through the door and leaving the party. ]

What makes you think I'm capable of singing? You will fall asleep without that in less than ten minutes.

Well, if you're not gonna sing, I'll have to do it myself ...

( You hear that, Fable? Time to experience Fable's Got Talent, right here in the streets. )

Wwwwooooooooooooooo! ( What fucking song is this ) Weeheeeheheeeeeee-! ( Kaveh are you making whale noises????? ) Woooooo ...............nderful night...!! Stars're shinin' bright ... Touchin' the moon.... ( He cuts himself off by choking on his own laughter. Thank god he's a giggly drunk tonight rather than the mess he usually is. He extends both arms to the sky. ) I'm moon ... ( He's wiggling, trying to break free. ) Lemme run!

[admonition]

[ Alhaitham carries the architect with dignity and his lips pressed together tighly, even though Kaveh sure does try to make this journey back to the cottage have little to do with decency. ]

No running. [ He assumes that it's futile to enforce the blonde man to stop singing, though. ] I thought you'd enjoy being carried like this.

[alcazarzaray]

... But I am enjoyin' it. I sweeear.

( He hugs Alhaitham tighter, and nestles against his neck, visibly smiling. A ridiculous, lop-sided drunken smile. )

This is the first time I've gotten drunk an' haven't cried in ... forever! ( Which is honestly a miracle. ) So, I'm definitely enjoyin' myself.

[admonition]

Somehow I can tell.

[ Kaveh being louder and more cheerful is a good sign, even if Alhaitham's reaction might be considered a lukewarm one. Nonetheless, the corners of his lips curl up in a small smile. ]

Maybe it's a good thing that I missed out on drinks. Someone needs to make sure you won't hurt yourself.

Mmmhngh. ( That sure was a mumble of agreement. Someone is getting sleepy. )
